Meghan Queen of Spotify #1. People’s Choice Award THE POP PODCAST OF 2022
Congratulations Duchess of Influence Meghan and team whose work has demonstrated why we call her the new media mogul. Archetypes On Spotify #1 in 47 countries. One episode had more than 19 million people listening. The best Spotify original podcast in history. Don’t forget to give us a super thanks, super chat or subscribe to our channel.
Meghan Markle’s new Spotify-exclusive podcast, “Archetypes,” surpassed regular chart-topper “The Joe Rogan Experience” dethroning him from Spotify’s list of most-listened-to podcasts in 10 countries, including the U.S. and the United Kingdom. Archetypes” was conceived as an outlet for Meghan to explore the stereotypes surrounding women of all ages through “uncensored conversations with women who know all too well how these typecasts shape narratives.
Meghan is winning because #ArchetypesOnSpotify is unapologetically powerful, aspirational, and thought-provoking. Challenging us to never apologize for being the best!
.Meghan is a gorgeous, smart, mixed-race American. Meghan is confident and has that American can-do attitude driven by ambition and self-optimization. This is not the picture of the princess Britain had in mind. As a self-made millionaire, celebrity, and global influence in her own right before marrying Harry meant that Meghan acquired more power including public visibility and wealth. They are the ultimate power couple.
This idea of power of a woman of color acquiring power and influence did not sit well with the British royals and their royal Rota. They felt that Meghan needed to be taken down so that the archetype of a princess would not be a global leading woman of color married to a beloved British prince.
Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have demonstrated a lifelong commitment to building strong and equitable communities, advancing the global dialogue around mental health, and advocating for a better world – both on and offline. They co-founded Archewell Foundation in 2020 with a mission to uplift and unite communities.
In a short time, they have done so in remarkable ways: from supporting Afghan refugees seeking resettlement to uplifting families in the United States in need of paid parental leave; investing in organizations working in Ukraine, to partnering with the NAACP to create the first-ever Digital Civil Rights Award; working with the World Health Organization, People’s Vaccine and Global Citizen to champion vaccine access globally, to raising funds to purchase doses for frontline health workers; among many other initiatives.
Meghan has a global media voice now and this makes the fuddy-duddy palace very uncomfortable. They did not want her to work for them and she gladly took her incredible self and has excelled because leadership is influence.
Since leaving the palace Meghan has expanded her family. She is a full-time mom who enjoys cooking for her family. Motherhood is her number one priority as well as authoring a Book The Bench which became a NY Times and Amazon Bestseller. She co-founded the Archewell foundation to ensure that gives back to communities.
The Duchess once owned her own social media platform a lifestyle blog named The TIG. Her global social media following surpassed that of Kensington royal. Meghan had a global voice before she married Harry which continues to grow. The world is listening, that’s leadership.
