Where you are born in this family dictates your position of power, and because of that, Harry has always come second to his brother, especially when it comes to funding. There were times in the past that Harry wanted to take on bigger projects and do more work, but he couldn’t get the money to support it. William was always the priority. A lot of their quarrels have been over budgets

Most investors in real world look for impact or return on investment. The benefits are measured based on the money spent on a project to determine its viability. The fact is you have different projects competing for funding even within the royal household.
Most nonprofits and charities would make the funding decision based on impact. The project with the potential for greater impact would be selected. Makes sense, right? This is not the case in the royal business also known as the firm. In the British royal family success is punished and mediocrity rewarded.
They actually genuinely have to debate who gets what amount of money from their father to fund their projects, add in the fact that there is an inherent hierarchy and that is really tricky.

Working royals are expected to do enough but never outdo the heir. This is fine when the heir is hardworking and puts effort into his or her work. But when the heir is grossly under performing like Prince William then even without trying you come into the cross hairs of the palace. This is the reason for the falling out of the two brothers respected Prince Harry and the other brother William.

Harry has always been supportive of the Cambridges and so when he and beautiful bride Meghan Duchess of Sussex returned from the Oceania tour, they received a cold shoulder. Contrary to what royal reporters say royals are celebrities and popularity which translates to influence is the currency.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could never fulfill their potential in the British royal family because William is a serious underachiever. The standard is low, and Harry and Meghan are so action oriented that there would always be friction.
The solution to working for an under achieving boss. Get out and find freedom where you can live your best life. The insecure boss will always have spies and ruin your brand, why risk that when you can take your star qualities and go where they can flourish?
Under performing William has little success . He is very skilled at colluding with tabloids but beyond that he has not done anything of impact in England let alone the Commonwealth.
A Prince never threatens a real king. Clearly William does not know who he is and defines himself on Harry’s terms.
This is sad that William is protected at Harry’s expense. Good on Harry for achieving.
