Harry & Meghan Are Leading Change In the Digital World

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex Meghan and Harry will take their place in history. They will be known not just as royals but as leaders who rose to the occasion in times of crisis. They could have spent their days in one of the castles going from one vacation home to another. They could have stayed in line with the status quo which promotes hate and been rewarded with fluff pieces by the tabloid. Instead Harry and Meghan took the high road the path least taken because it takes courage.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be remembered for their work with veterans, women, orphans and yes the forgotten people of the world. Today they are using their privilege as advocates for equality and racial justice in the digital world.

The digital landscape is unwell and companies like yours have the chance to reconsider your role in funding and supporting online platforms that have contributed to, stoked, and created the conditions for a crisis of hate, a crisis of health, and a crisis of truth.

Meghan Markle Participated in the Erase the Hate Campaign

Meghan Markle always stood up against racism. Harry and Meghan’s support of Black people who make up most of the Commonwealth population has not gone unnoticed. This is what endears them to the Commonwealth. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex care about the forgotten people.  It is also evident to the Commonwealth that the leader of the Commonwealth refuses to acknowledge that Black Lives Matter. Its great that there is a Prince Without Borders who recognizes the humanity of people of African descent not just in words but fights for their freedom as well. This is the same Prince who liberated the Afghan from the Taliban now he is liberating others from racism and white supremacy.

You’ve looked out for me for so long, but the media is a powerful force, and my hope is one day our collective support for each other can be more powerful because this is so much bigger than just us.

The British press tried to obliterate the reputation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Their daily dribble of hate pieces attacking the Duchess of Sussex are textbook bullying and human rights violation. They use the Duchess as clickbait. The racial, sexist, and colonial undertones have been loud and clear for all the Commonwealth to hear.

72 British Members of Parliament Wrote a Letter of Support to the Duchess of Sussex following press abuse

We have an opportunity to do better and remake the digital world,” Harry wrote in the technology magazine. “This remodeling must include industry leaders from all areas drawing a line in the sand against unacceptable online practices.

To hear the royal reporters, tell the story the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are controversial. Being senior royals in Britain was filled with pain and struggle. Harry and Meghan’s decision to leave life as senior royals was uncharted territory.

“Once Meghan and I were married, we were excited, we were hopeful, and we were here to serve.”

When Harry and Meghan first married, they were ready to serve the monarchy. After the successful Oceania tour and crowds exceeding crowds that had ever come to see Queen Elizabeth and her two heirs; the Sussexes were sidelined, and it was decided the royal family wanted a slimmed down monarchy. To justify the sidelining of the Sussexes a smear campaign was launched which can only be equated to digital lynching.

If we are susceptible to the coercive forces in digital spaces, then we have to ask ourselves—what does this mean for our children? As a father, this is especially concerning to me

Prince Harry

By sidelining the Sussexes, the British royals lost a generation, particularly in the Commonwealth. The British press remind us that the toxic press started in the British royal family itself. The Hate4Profit is accelerated because powerful organizations such as the British royals participate in Hate4Profit. They will never win the hearts and minds of these young people who seek change and equality.

The palace leaked confidential Sussex plans to the tabloid The Sun

It has turned out that the British royal family’s lack of integrity has been a huge embarrassment across the world. How can an organization be taken seriously when it has no many leaks? The lack of discipline in the palace reflects badly on the leadership after all team reflects leadership.

Companies that purchase online ads must also recognise that our digital world has an impact on the physical world—on our collective health, on our democracies, on the ways we think and interact with each other, on how we process and trust information.

Meghan Markle the Duchess of Sussex will be interviewing the co-founder of 19th Emily Ramshaw. The 19th was founded to shine a light on the unfinished business of the 19th Amendment and empower women — particularly those underserved by and underrepresented in American media — with the information, community and tools they need to be equal participants in our democracy. Since the news broke 19th has been flooded with hate from royal fans.

Royal Twitter is case study in Hate4Profit

We all need a better online experience,We’ve spoken with leaders across the racial justice movement, experts in humane tech, and advocates of mental health. And the collective opinion is abundantly clear: We do not have the luxury of time

A leader has to lead with progress but not only accomplishment. You have to make follow ups to see what you are dealing with any abstacles in the way and check on new strategies moving forward whether the venture is working in the right direction and goals are achieved and a shift in progress. But not only to appear perfect when nothing has been done but for Harry he strives very hard for both and that is why all his charities have achieved their goals and still progressing. Then move on the next step and continue in the right direction because you know where to begin to tackle the issues or the problem. Prince Harry said himself that” you have to know the source of the problem then know how to deal with it “not just to talk about an issue when in fact you lack the idea what causes it. That means you have no knowledge of the the issue you are trying to solve. “You donnot clean the surface of the Barrel when you have not cleaned the inside still the taste will be not nice “.

Agreed, some problems are too complex to be solved in a week or year. Harry tackles big projects like Invictus and Travalyst and Sentebale. There is a tendency among royals to spend years and decades in analysis and never taking action. An example is racism in football or endless lets help children campaign but there is little impact with these programs.
