Special mother’s day to Mama Doria the unsung hero of the Sussex family. Her steadfast love for Meghan, Harry Archie and Lilibet is commendable. She has endured pain, harassment, and abuse all because she chose to love and support the Sussex family. She is an example of unconditional love.

Mama Doria is a doting grandma to Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet who absolutely adore her. The Duchess of Sussex’s mother was in London for the baby’s birth on May 4, 2019, with a statement from the royal family saying Ragland was “overjoyed by the arrival of her first grandchild.” In June 2021 she became grandma for the second time. Grandma Doria is loving and so loyal.

Most of us are used to seeing Meghan the Duchess of Sussex at the United Nations giving a speech or speaking with the UN Deputy Secretary-General about the pandemic. While the Duchess takes her advocacy very seriously, she considers being a mother her most important job, kudos for her making motherhood central to her work.

In 2014 she sat down for an interview with Brew Magazine and she mentioned motherhood among her top ambitions   “I dream to be a mom with wee ones running around my house.” Clearly, motherhood has always been a priority.

Meghan shared with the cut magazine that she makes breakfast for her family every morning and she loves to feed and take care of her family.

Meghan was born to be a mother. Her motherly instincts are so evident when she is around the little ones. In fact, she made sure that she took time out to spend with children at the Invictus Games. She wanted to give the children memories of the games also. The family-oriented Duchess just adores children.

Meghan the Duchess of Sussex is so comfortable talking to global leaders, but she is also equally comfortable with the company of little ones. She is just a natural around kids.

The Nations House was the venue for the Invictus family and friends’ reception hosted by the US Embassy at The Hague. While being escorted to the Nations House by Dutch competitors Meghan noticed that the temperature was dropping. Duchess Meghan’s maternal instincts kicked in and she offered a coat to the Dutch mother.

Aww to be a baby wrapped warmly in the Duchess’ coat. What a lucky baby. Wrapped in all that love and blessings of Meghan.

Noticing this loving and compassionate gesture by the Duchess social media erupted with comments:

A good mother is a good mother to everyone’s child,” one person wrote,

Another person replied, “Despite all, she hasn’t changed, still kind and thoughtful.”

 People said that the gesture by   Princess Meghan reminded them of another Princess the Duke’s own mother Diana. Prince Harry said that the way Meghan is so similar to his mother. She has the same warmth, love and confidence.

 During the Invictus Games we got to see this kindness in action. Meghan and Harry lead with kindness and compassion; these are the same values that drive Archewell Foundation.

Compassion is the defining cultural force of this century. Meghan and Harry are following in Princess Diana’s footsteps by supporting a growing community of partners. They are working to fuel systematic cultural change. They listen to individuals as well as communities and help them share their stories with the world. In simple words, they are practicing compassionate listening.

Duchess Meghan is a mother at heart. She takes Prince Archie to school every day and picks him up as well. Making sure that he gets his mom’s undivided attention. She usually takes these car rides to teach him manners. Meghan is teaching her children how to love each other and support each other. Breaking generational curse off a conflict between the heir and the sibling.

She continues leading Marshall’s plan for moms supporting paid leave. She once told the crowd that the most important title she will ever have; is “mom”. The Duchess of Sussex. Meghan supports families and is family-focused and wants comprehensive paid leave. There are many families who must take care of loved ones at this critical time. Guaranteed paid leave is critical to families across the country.

“In taking care of your child, you take care of your community, and you take care of your country. … This is about putting families above politics,” the Duchess of Sussex wrote.

When she first became a mother the Duchess of Sussex donated to the children of Guinjata Bay in Prince Archie’s name.

Prince Archie Harrison donated $5,000 to Love the Oceans Conservation. Building a lifesaving swimming pool in Guinjata Bay, Mozambique. The goal was to teach young children to swim and save lives from drowning, making the community better.

Meghan and Harry are global impact investors. Their impact investments generate positive, measurable social and environmental impact alongside a financial return.

Writing on her lifestyle blog The TIG the Duchess stated:

“I often ask powerful and successful women how they balance it all – juggling work, being a mom & wife, taking time for yourself and taking care of yourself, straddling the line between letting yourself go or looking like you just stepped off a runway (or at least had the time to put some lipstick on). How do they do it? Seeking the formula for success (and happiness) down pat.”
