Misha described Meghan as being more like a sister. Meghan and Misha are such good friends, the best of friends. They are both the only children of their parents. Both have no siblings and these friends have formed a sisterhood. Meghan and Misha are businesswomen who believe in collaboration not competition.

These friends and businesswomen are also mothers. Both women are mothers of one son. Meghan married Prince Harry the most influential member of the British royal family and is mother to Prince Archie. New baby on the way. Misha married energy heir Michael Hess and is mother to energy heir Leo. Despite marrying into these very powerful families Meghan and Misha still work hard. They still make it a point to lift others as they shatter glass ceilings.

Nonoo has always believed in a sustainable future for the fashion industry.  When she and best friend The Duchess of Sussex created the Smart Set for Smart Works charity. Duchess Meghan is patron of SmartWorks.

Together Misha and Meghan created the Smartset a basic series of work clothes. Nonoo provided her signature white button-down shirt. The products were on a one-to-one basis. A customer purchased a product from the collaboration. The work wear capsule collection included three British retailers (Marks & Spencer, John Lewis & Partners, and Jigsaw) and Ms. Nonoo, works in New York.

Meghan Markle now Duchess of Sussex is a businesswoman and leader in promoting sustainable processes in the fashion industry. She is on the cutting edge of innovation and transformation in this billion-dollar industry. Before her marriage to Prince Harry Meghan Markle had 2 sold out fashion capsules with Reitmans Canada.

Their collaboration provided a two-hour dressing and coaching service to unemployed women in the UK who are expecting upcoming job interviews. Smart Works helps coach women to enable them to get employment. Offering a handheld and making a tangible difference in real women’s lives.
