At the end of the day leadership is influence. Regardless of one’s position if they do not inspire action then they are just a figurehead but not a leader.

Love your article. I think the firm lost their best employees. I hope Harry and Meghan stay put and not go back there. They are doing just fine. That family’s self importance is going to bring down that monarchy. The world is not the way they have known it. This is 2020 things have changed and they need to change With it fast or they will be left behind.
After experiencing a year of relatively less stress, especially derived from hate, I don’t think they will ever go back, other than for visits and family matters. Harry wanted to leave for years.
