British propaganda machine seeks to portray Meghan Markle now Duchess of Sussex and Success as a mean boss. Meghan Markle has no shortage of attracting top talent to work for her. Leaders with high standards have no issues attracting top talent. Top talent will gladly leave their jobs for an opportunity to work with the Duchess of Sussex, the former Meghan Markle. Catherine St-Laurent left the biggest names in charity and nonprofit world- the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Catherine left for the lifetime opportunity to promote the work of global impact investors Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The Duchess of Sussex is known as the ultimate global influencer with proven success results. Sussex Royal staff head hunted by Queen
The Queen would never have hired Sarah Lathan off the street. Meghan. Duchess of Sussex’s eye for talent hired Lathan. Lathan’s performance working for the Sussexes and ability to execute Meghan Markle’s strategy to outfox the British press dogs caught the eye of the Queen. Today Sara Lathan works for the Queen of England. A good boss prepares you for a higher position. How many workers have ever left Clarence or Kensington palace and now work for Buckingham palace?
Top talent who worked for Meghan Markle has never had trouble finding another job. Why? The answer is simple the brand Sussex is synonymous with RESULTS.
Average bosses seek average employees who perform averagely. The British royals are said to have a meeting with their staff once a month, this is your nice boss.
Kensington palace is not a great place to work
Kensington palace is supposed to be this great place to work according to the British tabloids. William and Kate are said to be such nice bosses. Well that is what their social media manager thought until that manager was dumped in favour of the Sussexes old social media manager David Watkins. So much for that propaganda about Cambridges being loyal. Where is their loyalty to their old social media manager now?
Mediocre Kensington palace leads to underemployment
Wonder how the old social media manager feels right now. When the Royal foundation of the Cambridges and Sussexes split it was the Cambridge staff that were laid off. Cambridge staff are known more for their ties to tabloids than impact so when they are forced out, they resort to gossip. This is what the tabloids mean by treating people well to get the best out of them. These are the values of mediocrity. It is wasting their human capital. Kensington royal obviously wants to emulate and follow in the footsteps of Sussex Royal and their special brand of magic.
Poverty programming leads to unemployment and underemployment. Being lied to that you need a boss who is ‘nice’ whatever that means. Your boss is not your friend. You are there to make things happen and to fulfil your boss’ goals and strategies to make them look good.
Delivering Results
Everyone who has ever worked with Meghan Markle has nothing but positive things to say. After all the top talent in the Sussex household now work at Travalyst or as CEOs in the business world.
Duchess Meghan delivers results; and elevates careers. Meghan Markle’s core team now work at Travalyst or as CEOs. Sussex = Success. Kensington palace and Clarence House workers have no transferable skills now professional gossipers the difference is leadership
The next time you have an opportunity to choose your boss seek one who challenges you to grow and not just follow tradition aimlessly into the unemployment line.
Well said no one goes from Kensington palace to Buckingham palace. There is nothing to see there just William’s mediocrity.
Again you’ve hit the nail on the head, as always thank you @duchessofinfluence your pieces are a history book in making about Meghan the Duchess of Sussex.
I will work for Megan and Harry any day than William and Kate.
