William will one day become Duke of Cornwall and will inherit the Duchy of Cornwall simply because he is the first born of the future King. For Harry and other second children of the Dukes before him there is no such inheritance. Only social capital without capital.

These royal Dukes have all the social capital and status that comes with being a Duke but no land or wealth to go with it. So, they may live in palaces and enjoy symbol of power and prestige but having a net worth of 30 million or less they are not considered wealthy. They may be considered rich in comparison to the average Briton but in the grand scheme; in the world of billionaires they are not. These are the Dukes who have to charter private jets to protect their children when traveling. These Dukes are at the mercy of other wealthier men. By leaving the British royals Prince Harry can travel as he wishes without prying eyes of racist press and protect his family.

Prince Harry will be the first Windsor to obtain earned wealth. He will know the satisfaction of achieving a financial goal and be able to call the shots in his own life. He wants to be a self-made man and prove that he is more than a pampered Prince. Prince Harry was happiest when he was in the British army where he excelled and obtained success on his own account.

What Prince Harry did for the wounded warriors with the Invictus Games made him realize that he has the potential to touch more lives. At the heart of everything Prince Harry wants to change lives for the better. Meghan and Harry want to change the world and that requires time and funding. The financial power will enable the Sussexes to help more people.

Netflix deal gives him more power to effect change. His documentaries will have the potential to reach 193 million audience. He will have direct engagement with the people. No need for the royal Rota and middlemen to water down his message.

Titles or Not Prince Harry is a Respected Serviceman

Prince Harry is the portrait of a courageous global leader. He leads with strength and resilience and empathy. Championing the cause of the forgotten injured warriors. Prince Harry has done more to raise the flag of soldiers than any other royal. William may play dress up when he wears the uniform, but the Duke of Sussex is the old battle tested hero of this generation of royals.

The service men know that Prince Harry served his country with dignity and honor. He fought to bring freedom and peace to the Afghanis and sadly his own family could not find freedom or peace in the United Kingdom. In the old days Prince Harry would have been rewarded with lands and wealth for flying the nation’s flag. Today there is none of that, not even respect for this soldier. Real soldiers who served with the Duke of Sussex will always have his back. The global forces he served alongside will give him his honor.

Taking away Prince Harry’s military titles was just cruel. They meant so much to him. Prince Harry was such a fierce advocate for the military that it is a shame that the royal family would be so petty. The Invictus family will gain from Harry leaving senior royal life as he can devote more time with them. In turn the soldiers will respect him more.

Escaping toxic family environment

Prince Harry will never regret leaving. He was sold out to the tabloids by his family all his life. The revisionists would like you to believe that the Windsors loved Harry and he left for no good reason. The royal family and courtiers traded Harry and Meghan and Archie’s privacy to tabloids who made up false stories about them. The effect this evil behavior had on their mental health is tremendous. So, no Prince Harry does not miss the backstabbing.

Meghan, Doria and Archie are the family Prince Harry has always wanted. He wanted his children to grow up normal. Archie will grow up protected from the racist British media. Prince Harry will always be the son of King of England and nothing can change that. He will live his life on his terms like every leader does. There is nothing better in life than financial independence and the pride that comes of building your own empire and use your resources to transform communities for the better.
