Collaboration vs Competition in royal family

Sussex Love in Commonwealth

The British royal family is an institution that has lasted several centuries. Which strategy would have been more effective in 2019 collaboration or competition? What would have worked under the reign of Queen Elizabeth II collaboration or competition?

When you look at this picture what do you see? Some of us see the dawn of a new era for the British royal family the making of an inclusive Commonwealth. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex understand that the world has changed and that there is a need to reinvigorate what it means to be royals in the 21st Century. They appeal to not just millennials but all who believe in purpose and community. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are a royal power couple. The powerful results of the Sussexes demonstrated in their ability to connect and showcase the monarchy ruffled many feathers.

I also know you have come to know me well enough over all these years to trust that the woman I chose as my wife upholds the same values as I do. And she does, and she is the same woman I fell in love with. We both do everything we can to fly the flag and carry out our roles for this country with pride. Once Meghan and I were married, we were excited, we were hopeful, and we were here to serve.

Unfortunately, when the courtiers and William saw the picture in Fiji and Australia with huge crowds , they saw competition for the hearts and minds of the Commonwealth. This picture made William so insecure and operation smear Sussex began. Princes Harry and Duchess Meghan’s star power could have been used to reinforce brand Windsor for the ages.  Instead palace forces leaked information to the tabloids to undermine Harry and the former Meghan Markle in the hopes that this would make William shine.

The former Meghan Markle and Prince Harry began to command the highest following on Instagram more than the Queen, Prince Charles, or William. Leadership is influence and in the digital age influence is more than hierarchy and that is the new world order.

This further infuriated William and he began to use bots to catch up with the Sussexes. The low level of engagement on Kensington royal is evident of bot activity.

Competition held royals back from expanding royal brand. It created a  divisive environment. The Machiavellian tactics by other members of the royal family made the house of Windsor a toxic environment. The fear driven Kensington palace leaked information to the tabloids to undermine Harry and the former Meghan Markle in the hopes that this would make William shine.

To make a lasting global impact the British royals should have chosen to collaboration to expand their reach, yet they chose competition. If Buckingham palace had opted for collaboration, they would have reinforced brand Windsor for the ages. They would have promoted collaboration vs competition.

William’s competition is not Prince Harry; his competition is obscurity. William’s competition is trust. Republicans do not trust the monarchy and the Commonwealth does not trust William and his Brexit loving Private Secretaries staff with the continuation of necolonialism when William is its future leader. Africans in the Commonwealth do not trust Prince William and his population control agenda. Prince William’s competition is courage. Prince William’s competition is 21st century leadership. No one respects a glorified ribbon cutter applauded for doing the mundane tasks. Prince William’s competition is competence.

This is so funny, Prince William’s competition is competence well said. The things he gets praised for like opening a hospital virtually are hilarious. This guy is funny

Uumm for me i see William & his employees, the Brit Media & his followers as being idiots because in any way whether popular or not loved or not he (William) will one day be king so in torturing & hating on his brother’s family especially Harry’s wife exposed his stupidity.
Truth is William & co cannot compete where they cannot compare.

The courtiers are certainly out of touch. Why would you prop up William for doing mundane tasks? The guy is applauded for cutting a ribbon to open a supermarket. The other day it was said he opened a hospital virtually and this was history making lol, imagine that? Future King applauded for doing tasks done by 12 year old. The other day they had an article applauding Edward for cutting cake.
